Contact form
Through our Website you can fill out a contact form. To do this, we ask for your first name, last name and e-mail address. We have a legitimate interest in doing this, otherwise we will not be able to contact you. We keep this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response and six months after that. This allows us to easily pull the information out when we have follow-up questions.
Purchase of a course and your account
When purchasing a course, we request that you provide us with the following Personal Information:

Webshop software
Our online store is hosted by Internet Marketing Universiteit B.V. (IMU). We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of data as much as possible. These security measures include at least the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.
Web hosting
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Strato. Strato processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Strato has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. Strato is bound to secrecy under the agreement.
We use the services of Strato for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Strato does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
Payment Service Provider
When purchasing a course, you must make a payment. Payment is made through Mollie's payment module (https://www.mollie.com). Mollie is a Payment Service Provider (PSP) and handles the payment between us and PayPal, your bank or your credit card provider. We do not see your login, bank or credit card information. Mollie only lets us know if the payment was successful and it then transfers the payment to us. The payment will show on your bank statement under the following text: "Mollie", "Stg Mollie Payments" or "Stichting Mollie Payments".
Advertising
We would like to send you information about offers and new Services. We do this by e-mail.
You can object to this advertising at any time. Each e-mail contains an unsubscribe link.
